I’m a yo yo kind of dieter. The worst kind. I eat really healthy for about two weeks, lose maybe 7 0r 8 pounds, and then slide right back down into my bad habits, and gain it all back again. And more.

So I’m reading one weight loss review after another, to try and find some way to break this pattern. But sadly, so far, I’m not finding anything that I think can be a real life style change.

I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I love butter…well, any kind of fat, actually. My big fall down is dough nuts, cakes, cookies…all the worst things for you, and that keep getting in my way for losiing weight that will actually stay lost.

There must be some kind of diet out there that will take this into account…and I don’t mean those sugarless Weight Watcher desserts, but the real deal…then maybe, just maybe I could stick to a new way of eating.
